Action Events has been in the amusements industry for over 25 years with a comprehensive range of rides, carnival rides and amusements for hire.

Over the past 25 years we have managed over 23,000 events and importantly the loyalty of our customers bear testimony to the quality of our product and service. Action Events was founded in 1991 by Damian and Nicky De Jong with a single Sumo Suit, which was used on Hey Hey It’s Saturday. Since those modest days, Action Events has grown into Australia’s premier supplier of amusements with over 60 different rides for hire.

Director, Damian De Jong, is a founding member of the Australian Amusements Association and former past President of the Association. Damian is also on the Melbourne Executive of ILEA, the International Live Events Association.

Our uniformed staff are fully trained with a courteous and professional service throughout the whole hire period. Importantly, all Action Events amusements are covered by $20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance and we also offer the option of weather insurance.
